Privacy Policy
Rialto Engineering Inc. ("Rialto", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect. When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, project type, and message. If you email or call us directly, we retain that correspondence as part of normal business records.
How we use it. We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and deliver engineering services you request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.

Retention. Inquiry records are kept as long as reasonably needed for business and professional record-keeping purposes. Project records are retained in accordance with the record-keeping obligations that apply to professional engineering practice in Ontario.
Your choices. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to records we are professionally or legally required to keep) by contacting us at info@rialtoengineering.ca.

Terms of Use
Informational content. The content on this website, including all blog articles, is provided for general information only. It is not engineering advice, and it does not create an engineer–client relationship. Every structure and site is different; nothing on this site should be relied upon for design, construction, or safety decisions without a review of your specific project by a licensed professional engineer.
Engineering services. Professional engineering services are provided only under a written engagement between you and Rialto Engineering Inc., and are governed by the terms of that engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide services for any particular project; quotes and turnaround times described on this site are typical but are confirmed per project.
No warranty for site content. While we work to keep this website accurate and current, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of its content, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content (as distinct from engineering deliverables provided under an engagement).
Intellectual property. The Rialto Engineering name, logo, and the content of this website are the property of Rialto Engineering Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission, except for brief quotation with attribution.
External links. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Human Rights & Anti-Discrimination Policy
Rialto Engineering Inc. is committed to a workplace and a practice in which every person is treated with dignity and respect. We conduct our business in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Canadian Human Rights Act, and applicable human rights legislation in every jurisdiction where we work.
Equal treatment. We provide our services, and make all employment and engagement decisions, without discrimination on the basis of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed (religion), sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, record of offences, marital status, family status, or disability.
Harassment-free environment. We do not tolerate harassment, workplace violence, or reprisal — in our office, on project sites, or in any dealings with clients, contractors, suppliers, or the public. This commitment extends to everyone who works with or for Rialto, including subconsultants and subcontractors, whom we expect to uphold the same standards.
Accommodation. We accommodate needs related to the protected grounds above — including disability-related and religious accommodation — to the point of undue hardship, in both employment and the delivery of our services.
Ethical procurement. We are committed to conducting business with integrity and in a manner consistent with the values and expectations of public-sector procurement in Canada, including respect for human rights and labour standards throughout our supply chain.
Concerns. Anyone who believes this policy has not been upheld may raise the matter, in confidence and without fear of reprisal, with the Principal at info@rialtoengineering.ca or (647) 545-2170.
